What's Happening At Fantasy

• Tickets for The Wizard of Oz may now be reserved for the April Performances
  
  Reserve your $12 tickets early for this “sure to be a sell-out” showing of The Wizard of Oz. Performance dates are April 23-25 and April 30-May 2, 2010. Fridays @ 7pm; Saturdays and Sundays @ 1:30 pm & 5 pm. Call 539-6829 for tickets. This non-musical adaptation by Erin Detrick captures the heart of L. Frank Baum’s classic tale and is directed by Billy Jenkins. Over 80 people from the community make up this large cast. So click your heels and come see our show.
  
  
• Quailified Seniors Apply Now For Fantasy Scholarships
  
  See the guidelines for the Morris Technical Theater Scholarship and the Herriott Scholastic Scholarship. Deadline date is 5 p.m. April 12.
  
  
• Fantasy Announces It’s 50th Season of Shows 2010-2011
  
  We are proudly presenting in October, Sleeping Beauty; in December, A Christmas Carol; in February, Tom Sawyer; and in April, Cinderella. If you are not currently a season member and would like to receive a season brochure, call the Fantasy office 539-6829 and ask to be placed on the season mailing list. Brochures go out the end of June.
  
  
• 50th Season Celebration!--" Continue the Magic" Calling for all Fantasy Alumni
  
  As we approach our 50th season in 2010, we are planning a 50th Celebration for the end of the summer.. We will have a fundraising evening with a Gala featuring dinner, auctions, and entertainment on August 14 ; special family activities at the Fantasy Arts Center on September 4; and more. We would like to get the word out to all Fantasy alumni for this celebration, so please send your correct address and email to fph@knology.net (put subject heading as Alumni Search) Also if you know of friends or relatives who are alumni, get the word out to them as well.
  
  
• Fantasy Academy 2010 Winter Session
  
  Fantasy Academy is now taking registration for its 2010 Winter Session which begins January 25. Registration Deadlines are January 11 for Kindermusik® classes and January 15 for all Academy classes. Register now before you get too busy with the holidays.
  
  
• Fantasy Playhouse's production of The Wizard of Oz
  
  Thanks to all who auditioned for our upcoming production of The Wizard of Oz. Casting has been completed and can be viewed here.
  
  
• Kindermusik Offered Year-round at Fantasy
  
  Kindermusik classes offer quality music experiences for young children ages 3 ½ months through 7 years old. Parents or caregivers participate with their child in this interactive music play. Come sing, dance, explore age-appropriate instruments, & join in pretend play! Studio classroom setting! Small group teaching! Family involvement encouraged! All instructors are trained and licensed by Kindermusik International.
